INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2026 FALL CONFERENCE ONLINE REGISTRATION

There are 2 ways to pre-register by completing and submitting as follows:
1. online by completing the following online registration form. Once completed and submitted, send in your e-transfer to cornwallfallconference@gmail.com. Your ticket(s) will be provided at the Registration table on November 6-7.

2. in-person. We have members selling tickets within District 50. If you are unsure, please send an email to address below and you will be pointed to the proper members.

Registration only (day pass only - no banquet): $20

Banquet (includes meal and meetings): $85

Select # of tickets for banquet at $85 each (includes registration)

Select # of tickets for registration (day pass) at $20 each (no meal included).

Names to be printed on ID tag (you may also include your group name and location)

Please provide names from your list of attendees with dietary restrictions and include the specific restrictions for each person listed.
